Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between [Full name], a self-employed individual entrepreneur, Tax ID [to be added] (the "Operator"), and any individual (the "User") using the ScriptUGC service (the "Service") located at https://scriptugc.com/

1.2. By registering and using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and agree to them in full. If the User does not agree with any provision, they must stop using the Service.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Operator provides the User with access to the Service's functionality: generating a UGC video script (hook, shot-by-shot editing plan, call to action, editing notes) based on a brief submitted by the User (product, target audience, platform, video length, tone) using artificial intelligence technology; filling out an author profile to personalize generated scripts; and storing the history of generated scripts in the User's account.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The User agrees to: provide accurate information when registering; not use the Service for unlawful purposes; not attempt to disrupt the Service or gain unauthorized access to its components; and keep their account credentials confidential.

3.2. The script generated by the Service is advisory in nature and is a draft. Responsibility for reviewing, editing, and the final content of any published material — including factual accuracy, compliance with advertising regulations, the rules of the platform where the video is published, and third-party rights (trademarks, music, images, etc.) — rests entirely with the User.

3.3. The Operator may change the Service's functionality, suspend access in the event of a breach of these Terms, and change these Terms unilaterally, notifying the User by a method of the Operator's choosing.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. The Service's functionality is provided using an internal notional unit ("credits") deducted for each script generation based on its actual cost. The current balance is shown in the Service's interface.

4.2. Paid top-ups of the credit balance are not active as of the current revision of these Terms. If activated, payment terms, refund terms, and the payment processor's details will be published separately and will require the User's separate consent.

5. Liability and Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Service is provided "as is." The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party technology providers (including the artificial intelligence provider) and is not liable for failures caused by their operation.

5.2. Results generated using artificial intelligence technology are advisory in nature, may contain inaccuracies, and are not a guarantee of any outcome (views, sales, conversions). The Operator is not liable for decisions the User makes based on them.

5.3. The Operator is not liable for the User's infringement of third-party rights through the use of materials obtained via the Service.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with applicable law.
